Laura L. Dekle, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS

With over 25 years of experience, Laura is a seasoned therapist and clinical supervisor who is deeply committed to supporting her clients through their healing journey. Holding licenses in both mental health and chemical dependency counseling, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every session. Laura completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and earned her Master’s degree from Ashland Theological Seminary. Post-graduate, she became an EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, further expanding her expertise in trauma treatment. Laura has also completed advanced training in clinical hypnosis to offer even more therapeutic options to her clients. Her diverse experience spans a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization, foster care, in-patient programs, forensic environments, and outpatient settings. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, dissociative disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and other forms of addiction. In addition to therapy, Laura offers clinical supervision, training, and consultation services, furthering her dedication to helping others in the mental health field.

T. Ryan Snyder, LPCC

Ryan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s degree in counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. He has been practicing since 2008. Ryan also has specialized training in EMDR, an evidenced-based trauma therapy.  Ryan has experience in outpatient, juvenile justice, community mental health and employee assistance settings. He enjoys assisting clients in their recovery from depression and anxiety, behavioral issues and anger management concerns. His practice has a special focus on treating complex trauma.  Ryan specializes in both adolescents and adults.

Amanda Abernethy, LISW

Amanda is a graduate of West Virginia University where she earned her master’s degree in clinical social work in 2012. She has been working in the human services field for over 20 years in various settings including: partial hospitalization, in-patient, adolescent residential, community mental health, the prison system and private practice. Over the years, Amanda has gained training and expertise in various treatment modalities including: DBT, CBT, family systems and others. She is also a Level One Gottman trained relationship counselor. Amanda has a special interest in working with individuals and couples/relationships within the LGBTQIA+, poly/ENM, kink and alternative lifestyles communities. She loves helping others become their truest, authentic selves while navigating the complexities of life, love and relationships.

Brandy Warne, LISW-S

Brandy Warne is an independently licensed social worker who received her Master's degree from Case Western University in 2012. Brandy has been practicing in a variety of mental health settings throughout her career, such as community-based mental health and healthcare social work. She has experience with adults from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Brandy has training and experience in CBT, DBT, ACT and Narrative therapy. Brandy is passionate about supporting individuals with trauma, grief, relationship issues, and a variety of mood and anxiety disorders. Brandy believes that therapy is meant to be a supportive environment that helps clients reach their goals and also challenge their current life views when necessary. She often works with the bottom-up approach to counseling and how to connect our minds, bodies, and emotions.

Debra Tindall, LISW-S

Debra is an independently licensed social worker who obtained her master's degree in 1993 from the Ohio State University. She has training in functional family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, multi-systemic therapy and more recently became certified as a mental health provider for farm families. Debra spent most of her career working with at-risk youth and their families. She has experience with clients of all ages from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. She has worked in court settings, schools, hospital foster care, residential and community health care settings.  ​She supports clients with issues of individual varying mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders.  ​Her goal is to support clients in achieving their goals through understanding and overcoming barriers and celebrating their successes. In addition to utilizing life experience, she incorporates humor and accountability, as appropriate.

Julia McLaughlin, MA, LPC

Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Her specializations include group therapy, grief and loss, career counseling, and EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy. Over the last two decades, Julie’s experience includes working in private practice, outpatient settings, and pastoral care environments. Areas of practice interest include post-traumatic growth, siblings of individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and supportive care for healthcare professionals. Julie specializes in adult and adolescent individual psychotherapy and adult group therapy. Her practice is primarily telehealth. Julie works under the supervision of Laura Dekle, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS.

Katie Treadway, MA, LPC

Katie has her Masters in Clinical Counseling from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Belmont University and additional graduate studies were completed at Vanderbilt Divinity School. Post-graduate, Katie received additional training in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Katie has experience working with couples, the LGBTQ+ community, adults in transition, women in crisis and leaders adjusting to change. Her practice areas are mood disorders, grief and loss, spiritual identity and trauma. She enjoys assisting clients on their journey of healing and rewriting their narratives for a more hopeful future. Katie works under the supervision of Laura L. Dekle, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS.
