About our practice
Dekle & Associates, LLC strives to meet clients where they are in the process of change. Our group has experience and specialized training in managing the struggles that arise in everyday life. Our practice treats mood and behavioral disorders, phase of life concerns, grief and loss, acute and complex trauma, dissociation and substance use disorders.
All of our clinicians have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is a specialized therapy designed to change the negative beliefs we hold due to the past, reduce or eradicate the symptoms of trauma and promote a healthier approach to current struggles. Other therapeutic interventions include, but aren't limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, sensorimotor therapy, mindfulness and dialectical behavior interventions, motivational interviewing, ego-state therapy and clinical hypnosis.
